hi folks im just wonderin can these be taken like every orther nite at a safe dose of 50 mg or would this not be a good idea reason is for trouble sleeping

You can take them every night. That shouldn't be a problem. But as a general rule, they say you shouldn't use them longer than 7 days in a row without consulting your doctor.
