diphenhydramine

I have a bunch of diphenhydramineHCl tablets and i plan on doing a cold water extraction so i can snort it without feeling the really intense burn i've heard about. I weigh 110 lbs and i'm 5'4" (i'm short), how much of the pure diphenhydramine powder should i snort?

I dont recommend snorting it. you will likely mess up your nostrils. Anyways dph isn't a good high you'll feel sick and here voices the walls will move and spiders will pop out of them.From personal experience make sure you have some kind of sleeping pill on hand incase the trip is too much

Not sure whether it's wise to throw another sleep-inducing medicine on top of a lot of DPH.
