Thanks for the reply, she's been awake since 7.30 yesterday morning for when she had to go to work which she was at till 19.00, she then began getting ready for the club and when she was ready at about 22:00 we left for the club, she began taking Ecstasy pills (both orally and intranasaly) from 23:00 and rave at the party, she continued raving till 3:30 in the morning and finished taking ecstasy at around 5:00 (taking about 5 or 6 pills in that space of time). Then back at a house party she began snorting amphetamines at around 7:00 and this carried on till about 12:00, at 12:30 we arrived at the bar and began drinking alcohol, she consumed around 5-7 units of alcohol between 12:30 and 17:00 when I finally got her to come home, she made some comments about minor hallucinations and then she kind of half slept for about half an hour to an hour, the hallucinations were gone at this point as far as I know and we left and went for a spin in the car, she struggled to hold down any food or drink and threw up a few times, we arrived back at the house at around 01:00 and the hallucinations began again and have been getting gradually worse. It's now 3.30 so she has been pretty much awake for roughly 43-44 hours taken a lot of drugs up until 15 hours ago as well as 4 hours drinking at the bar on top of it and has barely eaten or drank anything non alcoholic and has been getting sick a fair amount. ( sorry for the long detailed account but I felt it was necessary to include all details.
I just gave her 50mg of diph about an hour ago, then made her drink 750ml of Gatorade and eat a little fruit and 4 McDonald's chicken nuggets...it's about as much as I could get her to eat and drink.
I've now put her to bed in a dark room and I'm waiting for her to fall asleep! Is there anything else I should do or does this sound adequate?
