Harm Reduction Diphenhydramine & Meclizine 50mg, Accidentally taken, help!

Title says it all, I took the diphenhydramine first, about 90minutes before the meclizine, will I be okay? My Intent was to take my normal sleep aid for insomnia and I was dizzy so I took 2 meclizine tabs and forget they are both anticholinergics.. am I screwed? What symptoms should I look out for?

I already tried vomiting, not sure If I got them. Is there a way I can reduce the effective dose?

Youre absolutely fine, 50mg meclizine is nothing especially on top of a regular dose of diphenhydramine. The only way this would be dangerous is if you took an already dangerous dose of diphenhydramine
 
1 + 2 tabs of otc anticholinergic antihistaminic - chances are you'll be fine. Try to not panic: anticholinergics may augment anxiety.

Generally speaking, chances are you will be no worse for wear.

Don't freak out over things like this.
