Is there any recreational value of Diphenhydramine at low doses? I don't want to be completely out of it. I want to be able to control myself. I just want to get a good feeling. I weigh 145. By low dose i mean 75-150. If I have no tolerance will any effects be felt?

No, you'll either feel like a zombie or fall asleep.
Diphenhydramine is not recreational at any dose. It's a useful potentiator/antihistamine, (10-25mg) sleep aid (25-100mg), or deleriant (300mg+). But it's not , and can't be made, "fun". Don't try to "feel good" because it won't do that.
