diphenhydramine kratom

took 125mg diphenhydramine with my earlier dose of kratom, just finished my second dose and was about to take another benadryl(25 mg), when i wondered, is 7 hours long enough to give for 125mg diphenhydramine to leave the system enough to safely redose? when i say safely,i mean without delirium, or any adverse side effects. i have a pretty solid tolerance to benadryl as i have been taking it as a sleep aid for quite some time.

Just so everyone knows diphenhydramine will help with the itch, sedation, and possibly even nausea, but mitragynine is metabolized like morphine primarily by phase II hepatic processes - glucuronidation or something I don't recall.
