Can DPH be used as a mild muscle relaxer?

I suffer from chronic back pain. Today, I took 25mg DPH with my morning dose of 20mg hydrocodone. My back feels a lot better than when I just take the Vicodin by itself. I know DPH potentiates opioids, but I thought that was mostly for the mental calmness provided by the synergy of the two drugs. I just feel...normal, finally.

I wish 20mg of vicodin and 25mg of DPH would make me feel "normal" lol...
