diphenhydramine dosing question...mild tolerance

I take 50mg of diphenhydramine nightly (my mom makes me take it as a sleep aid) so I have a bit of a tolerance. Wondered how much I should take to get a mild buzz. I don't wanna be straight delirious, but I want mild effects; I'm thinking about the equivalent of 200mg no tolerance. Any suggestions?

There is no such thing as a "mild buzz". Diphenhydramine is not recreational; at best it will make you feel like a zombie and at worst it will make you delerious.

Smoke weed, get drunk, pop some Vicodin or whatever, but don't try to get recreational effects out of antihistamines because you'll not find them.

no, I've done it before. it's just a matter of preference. I mean, I've taken like 150-200mg before with no tolerance, and had mild hallucinations, but I could control myself. this is what I'm looking for.

If anything, you would need to increase these doses by 25mg:

i only use it for the itches that come with opiates... i usually take 50-75 for maximum relief

If you have 50 mg pills, only taking ten will be an adventure. You will see, talk, and hear things that aren't there, all while not being able to have a conversation to save your life. It was never a drug you would take for a good night of tripping, it's just a mind fuck. Have a baby sitter and be safe, cus thats one of the most vivid and realistic hallucinogens I've had. Chasing people around with friends who also weren't there, talking on a non existent phone to a friend, but it all seems real.
