Diphenhydramine 150-200mgs?

Just ingested this drug for the first time, at least for recreational use. I know most people don't like it cause the hallucinations are so real being a deliriant and I also realize need a way bigger dose to really trip. But I'm looking for opinions on the music appreciation effect I've heard about? Does it enhance music in your opinion? Don't really wanna dose that high to really trip out just plan on taking it slow, any effects at this dose that should be noticeable?

Personally I found enhancement of my appreciation of music from normal doses like 50mg. If you are just taking it for that reason I wouldn't suggest taking high doses.

It just gives you a mellow drowsy high (good for if you cant sleep) I have taken it in much higher doses and i didn't get any hallucinations or anything i just was forgetting every sentence i was saying. Not really much to experience IMO

Unless you want imaginary spiders to be crawling all over you and coming out of pores on your body, don't take "trip" size doses. It's dumb. It's a deliriant.

Diphenhydramine something to mess around with for recreational purposes and unless living through an actual nightmare IN REAL LIFE is your kind of thing.

I didn't really even know that diphenhydramine enhances music appreciation. I would be careful as hatrix mentioned, the delirium can take you on quite the nasty ride.

^It definitely can. At that dosage though it would be only just manifesting and should be still easily recognizable as such, which is often not the case with higher (500mg+) dosages.

I was also unaware of the musical appreciation enhancement lent to the user by this particular drug. Never was apparent in my two or three forays with the substance.

if you have a tolerance. 150mg will just make you tired. i have a pretty large anti-histamine tolerance (150mg hydroxyzine) and taking 150-200mg doses just adds sedation. however, at that high f a dose i experience some nasty anticholinergic effects.

if you have never taken benedryl (diphnhydramine), then dont go above 75-100mgs. for your first time i suggest starting at 25mg to potentiate opiates because dph can be quite sedating to a noob. if not try going up to 50-75mg.
