i just took 1000mg of diphenhydramine and 10 shots.. im starting to feel anxious. is this bad?

You took 1000 mg of diphenhydramine with 10 shots. Yes this is bad, very bad. I would seek emergency medical help immediately. Could be lethal if not dealt with.

Yes, this is very bad. You've taken a massive dose of a delirient and a large acute dose of alcohol. Prepare for hours of misery

Edit - and the other poster is correct. I would call someone and have them take you to the ER immediately, because at those dosage levels you're at risk for developing respiratory difficulties (meaning you'll stop breathing.)

While waiting for emergency help, I would make yourself vomit if you just took the diphenhydramine. You need to get it out.

Have you mixed the two before? Have you ever taken a dose of diph that high before? I know the diph on it's own won't be fatal but I have no idea when mixed with alcohol. I've heard of people mixing the two before without any trouble but that's a crazy dose man. If you don't pass out first, you're going to be completely delirious and have one nightmare of a trip. I recommend medical attention for sure...

go get help before its too late. while you might have a tolerance for both of those drugs, combined they can be lethal.

1000mg of diphenhydramine is an insanely high dose and you require professional medical attention NOW because you could, and most likely will have serious complications and there is a risk of death or brain/organ damage. 10 shots of alcohol is enough by itself to make most people sick and seriously hating themselves the next morning.

I seriously hope the OP went to the ER (or better yet, had somebody take him to the ER) and got the help he needed.
