If one had a 110mg/100ml bottle of liquid methadone with only 15ml's left be able to add a little water to this to get a little more legs for a few days? Would another 10 or 15ml's ruin it?

Well, it would just dilute it, so the ammount of methadone left in the solution would be smaller mg/ml. It might be a good way to help yourself taper as you can dose using more liquid and measuring might be easier (or more complicated depending on how you go about it), but it's not going to give you anymore methadone-which I imagine you know lol.

Haha! New meaning to "Just add water". Yup, it was for tapering. I feel like I'm wasting a 5ml slurp, like its gone, dissolved before it hits my throat and thought a lil extra water would give a weaker mix ratio for more days.

Yeah I'd add a little water, to make sure it's going into your stomach. I'd add water after taking a dose and drink it again to make sure I got all of it.
