Dilly's vs. Oxy

I've been using opiates daily for 4 years, first year and a half hydrocodone and the past two and half years Oxy Contin, fentanyl, Opana & Suboxone. I don't have much experience with hydromorphone/dilaudid and was wondering if anyone has a pretty good idea at what the comparisons are between oxycodone and hydromorphone.

In order to be content with oxycodone I normally use 200-300 mg's, so with a tolerance like that, how many mg's of dilly would I be looking at for a similar feeling. Anything out of the ordinary about hydromorphone that I could use to my advantage in order to achieve as much euphoria as possible.? ie) benadryl occassionally used with certain opiates and benzons. I obviously know mixing it with other opiates, benzos or stimulants will help but I'm talking more over the counter/nutritional wise.

Also, as far as ROA, does anyone have personal experience plugging dillys? And how that would compare to sniffing? I KNOW banging them is the best way by far, but I have given up squirting myself for the time being..So I'm very concerned about it being ineffective. Thank you for any help/advice!!!

plugging is just like morphine or should be. snorting is better than oral, shooting is best. For that tolerance id think between 28-40 mg nasal ect work your way up from there slowly hitting lines.

Snorting is 100x better than oral with hydromorphone, don't even waste your time with oral, shoot it, snort it or plug it.

well with D's (and H and Morphine amoung others) you'll get around twice the "bang" injecting (IM or IV) as orally/nasally

so with oxy the only thing you gain injecting is speed of effect.

with hydromorphone you get MORE effect
