dilaudids boa I wont IV them...so...

Hey guys. Ok, so my doctor gives me OCs 30mgs and I have a few dilaudids and I wont IV them so I guess I have to snort them yeah? what about plugging them? I dont like doing anything but chewing them up but the BIOA is so low I hate to waste them.
If i snort something it just goes to the back of my throat and i end up swallowing most of it anyway bc i have had 4 sinus surgeries and theres hardly any turbinate in there...

what about grapefruit juice and a tagament 45 mins before? if so...how should I do (time) it?

im babbling so what the fuck should I do???

IV is the best BA, but you dont shoot, and you shouldnt start! PLUG them! Another member here does it all the time...actually does both, banging them and okugging,,,,and he says plugging is amazing!!!

plugging them is your best option, besides IV. dilaudid has a hell of a rush.

Probably the best use would to be sell/trade them to someone who bangs them. But yes, plugging will work fine. If you don't want to do that snort them. Oral is a major waste.
