i dont want to over dose so if i normaly snort 120 mg of oxycodone threw out the day how much dilaudid will i need to snort to equal that? i dont want to over do it and die so if some can give me a str8 answer id be happy kuz ive been trying to figure this out and im not to smart so if you can just tell me the amount i would need today ill greatly appreciate it thank you
 
ive been looking at those and i feel that i cant get it right i think im a little slow is there anyway you could possible figure it out for me it will be greatly appreciated
 
That chart is for IV or oral, snorting may be different.

For IV 20mg oxycodone = around 1mg hydromorphone, but oxycodone when snorted is about 45% as strong as IV, whereas Dilaudid when snorted is about 60% as strong, plus when switching to a new drug you don't ususally have complete tolerance, so to be on the safe side start with a really low amount.

Remember these are just rough estimates. And how much do you usually snort at one time? That matters too.

If you normally take, for example, around 40mg of oxy at a time I would take 1mg or less of Dilaudid, which would give you a total of 3mg per day. We really can't determine exactly how much you can take safely, please be on the safe side and start lower because you can always take more if it's clearly not enough.

4mg snorted dilaudid did me just fine, probably equal to like 20 mg of oxy, although they're hardly comparable in terms of actual effects. It's quite a rush, even when snorted you still rush fairly hard IME. But I have 0 opiate tolerance, so I can't really speak for how that will work out for you. try snorting 2mg and then titrate your dose up by 1mg at a time, until you're at your "spot".
 
ok wile now i feel nothing at all ive snorted 16 mg over the last 4 hours and dont feel a thing so does that mean its safe to do more? i am not tired nor am i dizzy or anything at all so if my opi tolerance is up there around 120-180 oxy would it be safe to do a little more dil because i see you said dont do more then 8 mg and i already have and am untouched

This for sure, you need to be sure to start low, because also bear in mind that cross tolerance between opiates/opioids is not compete.
 
well i just did 5 x that today so i dont know what to say i dont feel anything except anxus wanting to do more to relax but now im scraed to because you guys say a max of 3mg a day and i alredy did 16mg
 
If you have no tolerance and a dislocated shoulder or other nasty painful wound, they'll give 2gm IV dilaudid at the ER, and another 2 if that doesn't work. Dilly addicts around here when it was widely available on the street would cram 5 #4s into the barrel of a hype for 'cold shaking' in the gas station rest room, and graduate to dope if it got beyond that physical limit. When 60 mg of IV Oxy was just about right for me, 8 mg Dilaudid was also. Either would knock a person with no tolerance out of course, and IV comparison ratios might not = snorting ratios.

The smart answer is to snort 4mg and see what happens. Easier to add when you took too little than to deal with the EMTs narcan and subsequent Po-Po Q&A sessions...
 
not trying to advocate IV use but HM is useless if you have an opiate tolerance like yours unless you IV it.

Pluging will work slightly better than snorting but not much.

If you choose to IV I would do 4mg. that is a little less than 60mg oral oxy. ( 2 blues ).

Unless you getting those dillis cheap or free I would just save you money for dope or oxy.

HM is sooooo overrated. great rush ( if you IV ) and good high. but the legs are so short that its just not worth it. 2-3 hour high.
 
From everything I'd read on here and i am now making my own coclusions. Hydromorphone is notoriously known by many as the "crack of opis". No crack rocks involved, just very euphoric intense rush of hydromorphone, not many can rival this opioid, but on the downside: NO LEGS! Short-lived!

...On another note, Oxymorphone has ridiculously long legs. Chemists should come some new xxxxxxxmorphones.

Still have yet to IV a dilly, will soon hopefully ! Insufflated it in the pass had to use 14mgs than moved on to 24mgs I think. I WANT SOME JELLY FENTANYL PATCHES mmmm

fent is complete garbage. usefull for keeping withdraws at bay and pain management. No real recreation fator IMO.

Oxymorphone however, is the best opiate ever hands down. ill snort oxyM over shooting heroin any day. oxyM has looonnggg legs, amazing rush, very potent, everything you could want in an opiate. TO bad the new pils are abuse proof : (.
 
about 4 dilaudids works for me i take about 150 mgs a day to 180 of the 30mg oxycodone... my dr gave me 4-6 8mg dilaudid a day when i couldnt fill my oxys at the pharm

I just meant to be on the extra safe side try 3mg a day for you first day doing it if it was providing decent effects and you were worried about overdoing it. If it is providing no effects, then you can definitely go higher. I have not actually snorted Dilaudid myself, only IV (which I do NOT recommend), so I was just going by the published numbers. They might be a bit off plus everyone's sensitivity is different. But I'm surprised you did 16mg in a short time period and you feel absolutely nothing. Did it relieve withdrawal symptoms? Did it at least give you a slight buzz or slight warm fuzzy feeling? Did you get high at least temporarily?

i snorted them i did feel some relief from w/d not relly anything else mybe a 40 sec rush when i snorted it. then about an hour after the last dil i ended up finding a 30 mg oxy and 3 norco so i took them and felt GREATTTTT!!! im so irritated cuz i have all these f**king dilaudid and i would so rather hve oxy i always here people on her saying they would rather have dilaudid but nobody i know wants them so i guess im stuck wid em but besides that


IF I DID ALL THOSE YESTERDAY AND WAS PERFECTLY FINE DOES THAT MEAN IM SAFE TO DO IT AGAIN
 
I dont IV , i feel great off 24 mgs of ds a day, i eat or snort em...but i like to take blues instead, 30s , also i found out Ms Contin 60s are AWSOME, i snort em..my buddy ivs them lol
 
I LOVE dillaudid, but I'm an IV user. One of my close friends does far more opiates than I but only snorts them, and he won't touch Ds because apparently they don't work well insuflated, so I'd imagine you'd either have to snort far more than would be the equivalent IV dose, or maybe forget it all together. I've never tried Ds any other way than IV
