Opioids Dilaudid

So I have been on Dilaudid 8 mg for about six months, i get 120 of them every 3 weeks from my pain management doctor. before the i had ms cotin 30mg er oxycotin 20 mg er opana 10 mg er, and for break through pain he was giving me the pure oxycodone 10 mg ir,

I Snort my pills to get high or for my "pain" my questioin for you guys is, what is stronger then dilaudid 8mg thats not extended release its annoying having to suck the coating off the pills everytime i wanna snort them. I see my doctor tomorrw and i basically can get anything i want,

Is there anything stronger? or should i stay with my dilaudid?
 
I would stay with the Dilaudid personally.but I inject my opiates into my veins....maybe the Fentanyl patch would be good for you if your looking for stronger pain relief.they wouldn't be the best to take lightly and try to abuse though given the potency
 
You could suggest Jurnista; which is extented release hydromorphone. It comes in 4mg, 8mg, 16mg, 32mg.
 
the only bad thing about the extened release is that he would only give me 60 a month... besause you only need 2 a day, compared to the 4 a day i have now
 
I see ZERO harm reduction in this - whether you have pain or not, its evident that you're abusing medication that you're prescribed and all you're asking is for us to assist you in taking advantage of that physician so you can get higher. This isn't what the Other Drugs forum is for.
