Opioids dilaudid withdrawals with sub

hey guys just looking for some information that might help me out

ive been on/off opiates for about 5 years and ive been through hell and back. ive gone through the entire withdrawal process a few times now but it still hits me like a brick wall and surprises me with how terrible i feel.

ive been banging dilaudid for about 2 years now and ive had an average habit of about 16mg a day. ive gotten it down to 8mg then 4mg a day recently and now im going cold turkey... i got a hold of some subutex which i decided to iv to help me through it but i didnt realize how high it could get you and ended up using it to get high(REALLY high) for the past 3 days -__-

now again today i did one last 4mg dilaudid(didnt even feel it thanks to the tex...) and starting to go through some rough w/ds. i have 1 suboxone strip to help me through it!

i might get another strip, but assuming i ONLY have the 1, any tips on how to split it up?

and how long generally do dilaudid w/ds last for my kind of habit?

obviously im not expecting the 1 suboxone to keep away w/ds completely. just to help keep me from feeling like absolute death..

wait 24 hours after your last dose of dilaudid to do the subs or it can make you very sick
