Opioids Dilaudid syrup?

Okay my friend has dilaudid syrup and he doesn't wanna waste it so he wants to do the IV route. it might have guaifenesin in it. Is it safe to IV.

Possible to evaporate some of the water be cause it's 100mgGuaif/1mg Hydromorphone/5mL I believe

If not is there an extraction method.
 
I agree. DO NOT EVER EVER INJECT COUGH SYRUP!!

If you do evaporate it some how, snort it or parachute it. Don't be a dumb ass.

There's pretty much no way to do this without a doctorate in chemistry and pharmaceutical grade laboratory at your disposal, and even then my guess is that you'd need a ton of syrup to start because you'll LOSE a bunch in the extraction process =(

Slugging the syrup as is with Grapefruit Juice + Cimetidine (tagamet), empty stomach is your best bet IMO.
 
The advice you've received above is spot on - you should not even consider putting ANY kind of syrup into your veins.

Since there is no way hydromophone syrup can be safely used intravenously, I have to close this. PM me if you have any questions.
