Opioids Dilaudid Strength?

Hi,
What is the relative strength of dilaudid. For example 1 mg of dilaudid is equal to how many mg's of oxycodone?
An 8mg dilaudid is equal to how many mg's oxycodone?

Also other than IV what is the best ROA? Intranasal decent enough?
