Dilaudid oral dosage no tolerance

I recently posted about oxy dosage, but i no longer have a connect for those. I can get 8mg dilaudids right now and i dont inject or snort pills. Last time and only time i have ever done a opiate i ate 3 percs which totaled to 15mg oxycodone, which had me nice and buzzed but i was looking for something more. I ve hears dilaudid is only 30% bioavailable, so would i just have to take 3x the amount orally to get desired dosage? What would be a safe dose to be feeling real nice?

If your ideal buzz was 15mg of oxy, hydromorphone is going to knock you on your ass. When I had the same sort of tolerance you have (was taking about 22.5-25mg hydrocodone each time) I had only 4mg and that was more than enough. I'd probably start slow.

Where you taking the hydromorphone orally?

for oral hydromorphone 2-4mg for a person with 0 tolerance will be sufficient. ERs give 1-2mg IV to people they assume to have no tolerance so it's safe to double that
