I recently switched my pain pills from Morphine 30mg IRs to Dilaudid 4mgs. I get 90 a month. My question is, these are very easy to shoot. But i only get the small 50cc syringes, so i was wondering, how do i get 3 or 4 into these? Will it be to much water?
 
50cc syringes aren't small...you mean 50 units? A standard insulin syringe is 100 units, which equals 1 cc (mL) of fluid, which is plenty to dilute the pills. Just be careful, if you aren't used to IV'ing...they pack quite a punch. Better to start lower and work your way up. Check out the IV thread, there is ton of info...have you iv'ed before?

Crush very finely, add about 1 cc of a sterile water and mix well (in a spoon), filter (preferrably using a micron filter..other people will say cotton, but if youve ever had cotton fever, you'd know why micron filters are better)...and shoot. Do not heat.

BE careful. Once you start IV'ing those puppies, the lure is something fierce! :0)
 
ive never seen a needle exchange, and im not the type of person that would go to those, im an old man haha. Yes i meant 50 units, my wife uses them for her insulin so thats why i have access to them.
 
1ml rigs are fine, I shoot dilaudid all the time and have dissolved 2 8mg pills in that amount with no problem.

First crush the pills, put the powder in your draw spoon and add just a little water (literally 5 or 6 drops). It will seem like an insignificant amount of water, but trust me - stir it up (I use a chopstick) and in a few seconds you'll end up with a sort of paste.

Now add more water, stir, and it's basically dissolved. Then I top it off with a few more drops to fill the syringe, since when shooting pills more water is better (easier on the veins).
 
I don't think you will have a problem putting 3-4 4mg dilaudids into .5cc of water. They are really small and easy as hell to prep. I've heard that a lot of people won't even use more than 50 units of water to prep a dilaudid shot because they get a better rush with less to push down. I really envy your gear man, I haven't been able to get my hands on dilaudid in like 8 months. Have fun.
 
If you have the brand name tablets, no problem. Captain Heroin, tell me what you think. But as I've looked up, I found the ingredients are : hydromorphone, lactose (anhydrous), magnesium stearate--which happens to be insoluble in water at all temperatures. I would definitely go with the micron filter, but in my past experience a small amount of heat only helps the large amount of lactose to dissolve and the stearate floats to the top. Just make sure to let the solution cool so the stearate isn't in liquid form. But, definitely filter your solution!!!
 
I'm curious, what's the most dilaudid anyone has IVd at once? Ive got insane tolerance and the most I did at once was 16mg (two 8mg pills). Sadly, due to tolerance, after the rush i just don't feel much.

The reason I have experimented beyond 2 pills is because I didn't really feel any difference between 1.5 and 2 (12 vs 16mgs), but I can't help but wonder what it would feel like if I tried 3 or 4 pills at once. Would it be a waste of drugs or would it actually get me high?

Dude, your tolerance isn't even close to being insane. I can bang 120mg's of HM in a 1cc shot, that's insane tolerance my friend, and it sucks!

Does banging more and more actually get you high? I used to drift off after plugging 4mg. Last time I tried "more," I plugged 32mg at once and it didn't get me past the starting gate!

The point isn't to see who can slam the most, its about how much do you end up taking, as your tolerance builds, to get high?

Hell iving 16mg makes me worry about my health. But I guess if I knew 32 would make me feel nice, I'd try it.

But like I said, I tried "more is merrier" with plugging and it didn't turn out that way.

I'm by no means proud of the rediculous amount of HM it takes me to get off, it quite sad actually. The fact of the matter is that years of MMT has blown my tolerance through the roof.
 
This is pointless so I'm going to close it. I linked to the micron filtering mega thread, that's the reliable way to concentrate a solution. Not everyone here needs to do that to get their desired solutions but it is strongly encouraged.
