I have dilaudid in liquid form, took about 20-25 ML a few night ago and felt a little opiate high but not much BUT I was fatigued for the next 3 days - like a day after not sleeping from phenergan but it lasted for 3 days. Anyone know why or can help with amount to take? Thanks.

20-25ml? I'm sure you either mean that's spaced out over time or 20-25mg as thats a huge volume of liquid. what kind of tolerance do you have? my experience with dilaudid even after doing h for a long time was a huge rush that left me pretty much immobile for a few minutes and that was in the 8-16mg range.

I have no experience with liquid Diluaded but i have plenty of experience in pill form. What are you trying to get from your dosage? i've never had the feeling your explaining with D pretty much have the same experience as serotinin101 even with a high H tolerance 4mg hits me like a ton of bricks for a few moments leaving me immobile, but it normally wears off in 3 minutes then slowly wears off more till i don't feel it normally a 30 -45 min high.
also dilaudid in my experience has a godly "breakthrough" property that pierced my suboxone "blockade" on a number of occasions. also breaks through methadone according to a few friends. so being high on other opioids won't usually prevent one from feeling its earthshattering rush (almost too intense at times, especially for a first shot of the day when in withdrawals)

I am just looking for a high like a had with phenergan and ultram, I like oxycodone as well - just kind of a weekend thing for me, nothing has been better than phenergan with ultram for me but I only have access to dilaudid, diazepam, and cyclobenzaprine - the last two have never done much for me and cyclobenzaprine's make me nauseous. It was 20-25ml of liquid dilaudid a few nights ago - I took 15ml at first and felt little so took 5-10ml more - again a small buzz and that was it. I tried again last night and just did 15ml - very small high and feel horrible today, all day and it will likely carry over - thought I would at least try it again - wished I had not. Not sure how ml converts to mg. My high was, again, best described as a very, very light opiate high like I get from oxycodone. Might try two cyclo's with food next weekend?

I'm assuming you're taking it orally then. oral dilaudid=waste. I think bioavailability is like 10% or so orally. could always go nasal (wet rails) or plugged if you don't iv. iv though (sadly) is pretty much the only way to go.
Please do not start IV administration, if its something you've avoided to this point, leave it that way. It will increase tollerance and lead you down a very quick path to intense addiction.
To be honest if opiates are only a weekend thing for you, avoiding this drug all together might be your best option. If you do choose to proceed there are others on the site that will be able to provide you with more accurate safer dosing information than I would be.
Just know that opiates taken on the weekend almost always accelerate into more frequent usage, so slowing down is advisable.
