Opioids dilaudid headaches

For the last week i've been getting the small yellow 4mg generic dilaudids (not the k-4s). They have been working well except that i've been getting strange headaches at the end of the high. I iv using a q-tip filter and have never had a problem like this w the k-4s or the white generics, is there something extra in these pills thats causing this or has anyone else had this problem?

You will probably want to start micron filtering if you want to rule out the possibility that inactive ingredients are damaging your body.

However, most opiates cause head aches in some people. I have never had this problem though.

if this helps at all, i snorted a lot of dilaudid last night.. Enjoyed my buzz for the few hours, and crashed out like a baby .. probably just as the buzz wore off / started to wear off

woke up with a nasty migraine that stuck aruond until i popped 2 advils

dilaudid always helps my headaches i've never herd of your problem and i know a lot of users

i sniffed 2mg hydromorphone and got a pretty intense headache, even though i felt high.. it was strange, i had to go and take 2 tylenols to counter-act it.

I've also occasionally noticed a slight headache after snorting hydromorphone, ibuprofen fixed it quick though.

I've never IV'd it so I can't attest to that.

As stated above, the best course of action would be using a micron filter in the future.

Don't take a gamble with your life; if IVing these pills is causing an unusual reaction (I have never experienced or heard of people having headaches after shooting dilaudid) then you'd better think twice before shooting them.

I have snorted my 4mg dilles a few more times this weekend to get maximum pain relief, especially for some recent dates. I have had a couple of post insufflation headaches, too and was wondering if that was related. I do not IV them.

I am going to lay off snorting them and just take them orally and not snort them back to back like I did this weekend.

Is there any increased BA or increased onset by doing the melt under your tongue with dialudid thing like I do with a benzo?

Does anyone else take them sub-lingually? What kind of results do you get compared to oral or insufflation?
