Dilaudid Bioavailibility VIA smoking it (on foil).

We know all Dilaudid (Hydromorphone) bioavailibilty sucks for the most part.
I.V. is the way to go,
if not then plugging (def not gonna do that).

Nevertheless,
Today my pharmaceutical connect came by with all the opiates you can imagine.
This girl seemed to know her shit but then she whips out some foil and puts a Dilaudid on there and starts trying to freebase the Dilaudid.
She says she does it all the time and it gets her fucked up...
I've never realy heard much about anyone trying to smoke it so I can't completely say she's wasting it..
has anyone had any expierences smoking Dillies?

Yes it does certainly work, I've smoked dillies and roxys many times, the high doesn't last as long as other roa's but smoking a dilaudid 8mg to yourself and you will have a decent nod if your tolerance isn't so high

I don't think anyone on this site will suggest smoking pills and I find it ironic you won't plug it but you will consider smoking it. Don't worry no one is going to think you are gay for sticking a 1 cm in diameter needless syringe 2-3" up your rectum. You are not going to find an info on the bioavailability of smoking pills because its not considered a common or safe practice. And I would be willing to bet its a lot more reasonable to just take it orally, because smoking it is guaranteed to lose some product and excessive heat destroys most opioids. Its not suggested to heat the solution when IVing dilaudid due to loss of product, so I can't imagine how much is destroyed when you apply direct flame to it.

Just snort or plug it if you don't bang them, but don't smoke them, its not a good idea.

Anything short of injecting it into a vein is a waste. If you do not inject, get oxycodone or roxicodone to snort.
Don't waste those gorgeous #8's. Those are my weakness.

Please do not smoke dillies. You will introduce a whole host of toxic compounds due to introducing the pill to pyrolysis (burning)...

If anything is suggested it would be to snort them or plug them as has been said. Those are the most non-invasive and high bioavailable safe route to go.

There is nothing wrong with plugging and it is very comfortable in practice.

Proper care must be taken not to destroy one's body if you plan on using this substance.

Smoking it is on par addiction wise and more damaging than shooting it.

As I said, plugging or snorting it are the best ways to go if you wish to get the max without doing so much as hurting a fly.
