Seems like you're not into injecting, which is a good thing... So definitely snorting is better than swallowing. Start small because you can always work your way up, if you take too much at first you can't take it out.

Yep... as a morphine user that site gives me a better understanding of the other options listed in regard to their morphine equivalent: use most all the listed options occasionally and this explains the potency differences.

bioavailability is an amazing thing it’s crazy how I can take 16 mg orally and feel nothing but snort 8mg and e off my ass. Gotta love opioids!

Omg dilaudid 8s those are almost impossible to get . Save them for a rainy day .

You can totally eat them or snort them and you wont have to worry about doing any fent .
Just becareful Dilaudid is really powerful . Id do a half first and if you dont feel anything in 20 mins do the other half . If you sniff them it should hit you in a min or two .

I ate 4 the first time I got them and I felt nothing....... idk why people like them so much they do nothing for me=, but keep my withdrawals away. id take oxy any day over these. I ate 32mg at once and snorted 16mg with that and still didn't feel anything, yes 6 8mg pills at once and it didn't touch my oxy habit....

I have been using dilaudid for a few years now, as a chronic pain patient. I find that taking them sublingually works significantly better than just swallowing them, probably double the effect. I break them into small chunks, and just put them under my tongue. I find that small chunks work best - you keep them under your tongue until they are completely liquified. I don't crush them into powder, I have tried it and it doesn't work as well. It might be that with the small chunks, they stay in contact with the mucus membranes longer. I try to keep the resulting liquid in my mouth for 10-15 minutes. There's not a ton of info online about taking opioids sublingually, and I'm not sure why. For me, at least, it's a good option.

Dilaudid is a cool opioid. Orally it's trash. like 15 or 20% bio. snorted is okay... with a 50% bioacailability and somewhat of a rush. IV is where Dilaudid shines... 100% bioavailavility and a wicked rush. What makes Dilaudid stand out is the intense opioid rush... it can be so strong it almost hurts but the only way to get that is IV. Snorted had some of this tho and is worth a shot with your tolerance. Try 2-4mg...see what it does and go from there.... should get you going.l and give you an idea of what this stuff does.

When I had a low tolerance to these it would take me about 4-5 orally to feel any type of buzz. But the reason they are valuable is because of IV users. It comes on fast and is almost equivalent to shooting heroin. They fucking give these out like candy here in Canada now for street addicts as an alternative to fentanyl . They went from 25$ a pill to about 2-5$ depending

Fast forward a few months and I took that awful "next step". It was only 4 mg's but wow. IV 4 mg's felt heavenly while snorting 8 mg's did little besides a light nod.
Please don't mistake this as saying you should go that route. I went from "functional" to "junkie" in just a few months. Just trying to elaborate how different roa's can have very different effects, especially regarding Dilaudid.

Yeah they barely worked unless injected unfortunately. My ex started IM injecting them first , but then she tried to do the same with hydromorph contin and got an abscess
