Dilaudid 8mg x phenazepam

So say someone has consumed upwards of 5mg of phenazepam today and has luckily acqiured some dilaudid.

How can one safely approach this? The ppam was done early in the day and the dilaudid will be done at night.

what dosages? is this safe at all? I searched but no definite answers, seems people do it.

edit again: low-no tolerance to opies (100mg codeine will get me off), very high tolerance to benzos.
 
you either know you will be fine, and it is safe.

or you do not know how you will react to the combo, and it is not safe.

asking BDD won't help. when it comes to mixing CNS depressants: if you don't know, don't do it.

also, keep in mind 8mg of dilly is a lot more than 100mg of codeine.

Man, honestly, with practically no opiate tolerance, please be careful fucking around with Hydromorphone (Dilaudid). If 100mg of codeine will get you off then hell man, I'd say start no higher than maybe 1mg of Hydromorphone alone without the Phenazepam, as it can synergize the effects of opiates and make them more intense at lower doses which makes it very hard to accurately judge your dosage's true effect. Just give the Hydromorphone a try by itself first before you start mixing benzos and opies with such a low tolerance. Good luck my friend, and be safe.
 
will do - maybe start at .5 and work my way up, how long should i wait? standard time? i know they are strong to be fucking with but i couldn't get anything else.
 
Phenazepam has a ridiculously long half life (60 hours), so 60 hours down the line you still have 2.5mg phenazepam in your system. I would wait a lot longer than that before having any hydromorphone..

yes redosing. I ended up dosing .5 x4 over 6 hours, wasn't great but not bad.

I'll try to lay off on the phenazepam when i want to try some more hydromorphone.

Keep in mind method of use is insufflation. I know it's a waste but i don't know the whole needle thing and am averse to foreign objects to my ass.
 
Haha it amazes me how many people have an issue with plugging.. it's so effective and you don't have to touch your ass at all if you don't want to! Each to their own though :)

Glad to hear you are staying away from the needle - is not a great path to go down, plus shooting pills is especially dodgy. Also glad to hear you'll not mix phenaz and hydromorphone - phenazepam has caught so many people out as it lasts for so damn long..
 
Phenazepam is the king of benzodiazepines. Wish I could have some, it really sucks that I get such bad withdrawals from benzo's.
 
What makes you say that? From what I have heard it's long duration makes it pretty useless recreationally, and it has far too much amnesia associated with it.. is it a good anxiolytic? I can't imagine anyone wanting a hypnotic benzo with such a lenghty duration of action... and the potency makes lt so fiddly and tricky to dose safely I imagine.

Am not saying you are wrong and I am right, am genuinely curious :)
 
I would not venture into taking 8mg hydromorphone at once if I were you. That is a shitload.

(lol...'hydromorphone' is considered misspelled but 'shitload' isn't...HAH!)

lol no wasn't considering it, just picked up a few pills for cheap.

^phenazepam is the most recreational benzo for me, but i love clonazepam as well so there you have it, different tastes.
 
Ah fair enough. There is quite a lot of variety in fave benzos I must say, was just intrigued cos I haven't heard many good things said about it.

Glad you're not considering taking 8mg hydromorphone in one go, with or without phenazepam! :)

I see you have answered your own question now and have taken the hydromorphone, so I'm going to close this now. Glad it was safe, sorry you didn't get much from it..
