Opioids Dilaudid 8mg pill w/ Flush ?

So Im needing a little better pain relief i was thinking of going the iv route if it would help with my sever pain from time to time. So i have done alot of reading and im still somewhat lost just a couple of questions 1. what would the ratio be for water to mg of dillaudid pill (8mg triangles with a M on it) and 2. if i use sodium chloride iv flush as my dilute would it still be the same ratio and or safer ? and one last thing i read fliter and you dont i would like to just for safty sake doing it though the cotton is just fine right and if so all i do is put it in the liquid just at the top and pull though on syringe any help guys would be great so i dont have to keep going to the er just to get a shot thks.

i would use as much water as you can fit into the syringe without going over that amount and micron filters are safer but i always use cotton so i wouldn't worry too much

Dude, check out the middle link in my signature - filtering for the average junkie. All the supplies you need to safely shoot Dilaudid is in there. I wouldn't worry about the amountt of water since 1mL will hold like 80+mg of hydromorphone. You need to get some bacteriostatic water and some empty vials and just micron filter into them to keep the process simple and sterile. then that vial last 28 days before it becomes unsafe to use. This way is safe, convenient, and sterile when done properly.

OR if you are preparing one shot you can just go from wheel filter straight into a syringe and attach a needle afterwards or into the sterile container the wheel filter came in and suck up into a fixed needle syringe. Bacteriostatic water is beneficial but not necessary, sodium chloride is fine if you use sterile equipment.

Great thks for all the help I started hurting pretty bad and went ahead and fill the syringe up with flush crushed half a pill pulled it though a cotton and shot it and I be damn if it work I didn't have to goto the hospital for a shot thks .

i have Ived Dilaudid 4's when my heroin connect was dry, complete waste of money. as soon as i IVed ir, the rush hit me MAD QUICKER then dope, but literally only lasted 5seconds, no buzz, euphoria, nothing.... a 5 second rush and back to normal..stupid

firstly what ml syringe do you have? secondly mix the powdered d with distilled water (in sterile spoon use bleach) if possible tap will also work and mix together with NEEDLE (More sterile) you do not have to boil it but it doesnt hurt. then find your vein clean injection site with alchohol rubbing one way! and inject at a 45 degree angle WITH not against your bloodstream, needle hole facing up. put cottton peice directly on the mixture and pull the needle through the cotton. tap top of needle to get rid of air bubbles. it is not essential to pull blood first. once you are properly in vein inject SLOWLY!!!!!! U dont want to see a bubble under your skin, shooting to fast will damage said vein. and always clean your table or area you use with bleach when done, also getting your arm warm with soapy water will help you find a vein and keep it clean. hope this helps if you have any questions im johnnypowers
