Opioids Dilaudid 4mg

Is 24mg or 28mg or 32mg Dilaudid too much respiratory depression / nausea to do?
1.will it be basically a bad trip?
2.will i fall asleep? *(fyi:I have insomnia so it's hard enough to sleep)*
3.is it an overkill *(basically will I be using so much of it that I'm past the level of euphoria and moving tword just increasing the negative effects of the narcotic)*
4.if i choose to do 24mg *(six pills)* should i do intranasal *(rail)* or should i do plugging *(rectal)*. It being 59% bio-availability and 52% bio-availability respectively using those 2 RoAs



I have a 1 month tolerance to Dilaudid and i am a active heroin user (i shoot up 3 times a week, sometimes 5 times)

I'm sorry, but no. How much tar are you talking about that you shoot a few times a week?

I've shot up thousands of dillies and 24mgs IV gets me if I've taken a lil break, like days even, so, I don't think your tolerance is high enough, tbh.

You don't have to snort them all up at the same time. If I were you, I'd do 8mgs and go from there, you can keep getting higher. Don't believe all the people that say dillie is worthless if not IV'd, they're just not doing enough. Nasal hydromorph gives so much better euphoria than shot, you just don't get the insane rush.
 
Morphling is right, I get a script and even though I used to shoot 32-40 mg at a time now I'm pretty fucking high on 8-12 so be really careful! Plus, heroin is inconsistent in potency, dilaudid isn't so don't give your body too much of a shock. Def work your way up or test it.
 
It all depends on your tolerance... for some people those doses would kill them.. for others, they'd barley feel it.

To be safe, you should always start out slow to gauge how they will effect you. Do a tester shot of maybe 8mg's and see how you feel, then dose accordingly from there. Keep in mind hydromorphone is very potent and the rush from it is incredibly strong.
 
I tried hydromorphone the other day first time IVed, god was that a waste of time, effort, money. I guess I had this god like feeling thought in my head after years of reading about that but how short the high was. Well the rush was maybe... Maybe as good as H and without question short, way way short like 15-30 mins. It's the crack of opiates(opioids).
