Well, if you have a previous addiction to even semi-potent opiates/opioids, such as pods, I'd avoid these. Otherwise it's highly likely you will become dependant again (As many say, once an addict always an addict, so you won't become an addict AGAIN...) and NEEDING to take drugs not to be sick is not fun as you likely know. Keeping that in mind, these are POTENT pills which will have a profound effect. At the hospital they start with .5mg IV for a pain medication dosage (And I was already regularly on oral 5mg Percocets, but was unable to keep pills down due to vomiting) so that'll give you an idea. As for IV’ing them, NEVER IV PILLS IF YOU HAVE THE SLIGHTEST OF DOUBTS! Unless you know EXACTLY what you're doing, DON'T EVEN TRY TO RISK IT! Go ahead and read through the horror stories thread about the people with untreatable, incurable, lung problems due to talc, and being unable to catch their breathe EVER, wheezing until they die slowly and painfully, and they won't give you pain meds to help the same as they would normally because... You're an addict... Or people missing and losing fingers, hands, limbs, due to pill shots. Or... ETC ETC. Seriously, pills are NOT MEANT TO BE SHOT. Unless you're talking about the holy grail or pills, the pills MEANT to be made into shots. But... I'd be willing to be dollars to doughnuts you don't. As far as other routes go, oral is obviously poor... But, plugging gives you a bioavailability about as good as IM or IV. It also provides quite a rush and has been described by many as the next best thing to either. It's also about 1,000,000x safer than IV or IM... So... I'd go with that.
