Opioids Dilaudid 2mg/mL Vials

Hey, I have had these vials for over a year now. It is safe to say that there are about #150 of them in total that were 2mg/mL increments. Now when I got these I drew out the liquid, etc. Used it and that was that. Now I have all of them that are all dried out, that used to have bits of water droplets within that I couldn't quite get at..

My question is that could I take sterile water about 1.5mL and add to each vial, shake, then draw out, and repeat to each vial. I did this to about half thus far, but I don't want to get an infection or anything of that sorts. Should I just toss them or is there anyway to utilize them? Perhaps if I was to add a dash of vodka to kill bacteria, I am unsure. Opinions please? Thank you.

Umm..lemme get some? Nah if it were me, seriously I'm going to do everything I can to salvage them shit's, so add a drop of vodka, whatever, get the juices flowing again and maybe do a bit of one vial to test it out.
Either way, if for some weird reason it wasn't salvagable I'd be in denial with 150 of them things sittin in front me of me. Good Luck.

Withdraw all of the solution, and micron filter. It's that simple.

I don't know why you'd add so much water back into the vials though, just a little would have collected most of the active ingredient left over, since there wouldn't be much to begin with.
