just found some of my sisters dihydrocodeine. just took 3 30mg pills but dont really feel much. whats a SAFE dose to take orally.

Hmmm i'm surprised you didn't feel 90mg of dihydrocodeine assuming you are completely opiate naive.. I'd say try 5 next so long as you've given time for the other 3 to get out of your system. Is DHC the only active ingredient? If it contains anything else you will have to be more careful.

im not sure. the bottle just says dihydrocodiene and the pill says dh30. what would i have to be careful for.

Likely painkiller combinations with DHC would be acetaminophen, ibuprofen, aspirin maybe naproxen. Either that or maybe a sedative like promethazine. Either way it would be labeled on the bottle under active ingredients so I'm guessing you have some pure generic DHCs.
