Been using the combination of dihydrocodeine + pseudoephedrine + promethazine for many many years.

Thought of replacing dihydrocodeine to tramadol.

Need some advice on this.

Thanks !

Why would you downgrade your meds? Are you using dihydrocodeine for pain?

Stick with it, its better than tramadol. You may be one of the lucky ones where ttamadol works great for.......if I were you, I would try it first to see if you're one of the lucky ones before switching.

Personal preference. Some people love Tramadol, some people hate it...

This^^^

I'm one of those whom tramadol works great on. And if you are also, then you will be in for a pleasant surprise I believe.
