I have thirty 30 mg DF118's and would like to know would a first generation anti-histamine like Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride potentiate the Dihydrocodeine as well as stopping the damn awful flushes and unbearable itching?

I'm also on 4mg's of buperenorphine so I intend on not taking them for at least 24 hours before the DF118 buzz.

Much obliged in advance.

Diphenhydramine will definitely help. Look for just added sedation in terms of effects to expect, and less histamine release.

4mg bupe is going to be a hefty dose to try to match with DHC... It certainly can be done though, just remember that 4mg bupe is a fairly large dose of opiates...

Yeah, it was about 2mg's of bupe I took early today but with all the half lives of previous doses I'm thinking about saving them until the day after so I will feel the effects more. I've also got some 10mg diazes to add into the mix so should be a relaxing day. Thanks for the info.

One more question on the subject of bupe. Does the bioavailability increase when snorted in relation to sublingual?

^It does, it's about double for nasal absorption vs. sublingual...

You could've easily found this information in the potentiation mega threads and other threads accessible via the directory and search engine and in the future, please direct basic combination questions to basic drug discussion.
