Opioids Dihydrocodeine - best to stack or dump-dose?

Is it more effective to take a large dose in one go (like with most opioids), or is it better to "stack" the pills like with Tramadol or Gabapentin?
Also, does anyone know if it has a ceiling dose?

Just trying to get the most out of what I get/my script.

I always wondered this too tbh. And the same about regular codeine and also, zopiclone.

I’d start with a bit of tramadol and then add some dhc on top for the best effect.

One large dose would not only be more effective, specifically for codeine, but would be safer as well in my opinion.

Codeine has a critical point for me around 200mg where the buzz really kicks in.

I've never done dhc only codeine

I’ve done both and I prefer taking one larger dose rather than stacking smaller doses but I suppose that’s personal preference.
That having said, I still often do a redose after two hours or so because it’s so short-lasting.
