Hi guys I've made a few posts regarding opiates previously.
However I searched before making this thread.

So I had 56 dhc prolonged release tablets I've naturally taken 4 = 240mg which would be 8 codeine this was about an hour or so ago. I feel something but not like normal codeine. Is this normal ?

Shouldn't I feel more of a recreational high from this than codeine?

Like ice crushed 6 mixed with fizzy drink and left it would that hit me better ?

I take these for sciatica however I always have got codeine 30mg picked my script up and this is what it was.

Any and all help will b appreciated

I should also add I do have a high tolerance to opiates or opioids both same right ?

-D

I think the rule with slow release is "Half as strong, twice as long", would 120mg instant release get you high? It would for a lot of people, but I am naturally tolerant to DHC and don't really feel anything recreational until 300mg+ , without a tolerance.

I wouldn't double your dose right away though, just to be safe. If you felt nothing at all from 240mg slow release maybe try an extra two tablets next time. Don't mix with alcohol or anything else.

I don't know about the time release on DHC tablets personally but some of the modern time releases are really tricky to break

If you have a high tolerance to opioids, that's likely why you aren't feeling much. DHC is on the milder end of the opioid scale.
