Difficulty absorbing snorted H4 heroin - drying of mucous membranes in nose

Mucus Drying up harder to absorb
I got some H3 powder and my nose has " dried up" difficult to absorb like it did in the begging

Is it because its salt base, what is it doing to my nose where i can't get the same hits like i used

really bumming out, i don't have enough money to purchase more to waste

what to do ?

Smoke it, or mix it with a small amount of ascorbic/citric acid in water to form a soluble heroin salt. You can then either throw the solution in a nasal mist bottle, or dry it out over low heat and get a powder again.
 
Saline rinse, followed by phenylephrine 1% OTC nasal spray. And don't waste your heroin #3.......(in some areas, needy addicts only have access to mexican heroin 0.50)
 
if you find it drying up in your nose after the initial snorting, then I would recommend snorting a bit of water to let it dissolve in it and be absorbed into the mucus membrane at the second attempt. It has worked for me with other drugs, not got any personal experience doing this with heroin though.
 
The problem is that the kind of heroin OP has doesn't dissolve in water, he needs to either neutralise it with and acid or choose another ROA.
 
thanks for that extra info Vader, I was totallly unaware of that fact. I guess some lemon juiceo snorted could work, but would not be very pleasant. I would suggest as Vader did to try a completely different method of administration.

QFT. There is a thread about chasing technique here somewhere - will try to find it. I believe it is safer than insufflating as you can feel the effects quickly and titrate your dose more easily so you don't OD.
 
OP here, Actually i think its H4 because when i first started using, i would just snort it as usual so eventually now as i grew tolerant to it I'm having trouble as getting a good snort. I am not buying more bags.

1gram or 1 50Dollar Bag will last me 2 - 4 days.

2 days more intense high where i nod and not fall asleep.

4 days for morning ache normalize use.

I'm not here to talk about tolerance,

I live in Costa Rica and Fully accessible Pharmacy are all around me, what can i do for advise.

This is the first time i have used heroin after fent ,oxy, ms, codeine and hydrocodone habit for years.

I have used all routes can some one tell me also about anal and IV MS, Biovablities

p.s. i can't afford buying more like how i hear one goes from 1bag to 4 bags a day i have to compromise :)

I don't know if H3 is common in Costa Rica - it's the main type we see here in Europe and is designed for chasing, as well as it being the safest way to take heroin imo.. if you haven't had it in a while it is possible you are getting a different type, what makes you think it is/is not H3?

If you have snorted it and it worked in the past then as everyone said, try a saline spray/snort some water in between lines.. an antihistamine might help, as might a steroid nasal spray - these are used for people with inflammation and drying of the nasal mucosal surfaces.
 
Some people say lie down for a bit. Never found it necessary myself! You can get oral syringes from chemists (in the UK anyway) which are perfect.

Be careful though - the bioavailability can be pretty damn high, as others have said, often in the 80-90% range so go steady..

and your saying how much out of a Gram, 1.0 I can use for rectum, the same size of line up put up my nose ?
