Different stamped mickey?

I have a blue pill with a mouse standing. You can see it is in fact mickey mouse, but I've only seen mickey presses with just the outline of the head.

This indention is of a silhouette of a standing mickey mouse.

Anyone have any experiences with these? Florida by the way.
