To me, euphoria is a combined physical and psychological state of feeling so good that no matter what happened, nothing could make me unhappy. I'd be more than content reguardless.
It's the same on or off drugs. But it's a lot easier to reach a euphoric state with oxycodone or heroin.

off drugs? u see a pretty girl and she looks ur way and at the end of the day u sleep together (no sex) , shes lying on ur chest...happy pappy

Euphoria?
ON DRUGS: - 160mg OxyContin, railed up with about 8mg of Klonopin inside me.....
SOBER: - shit, I dunna.. drugs are the take-all when it comes to euphoria.. girls - 'eh, yeah, thats nice .. but really, drugs are the source of my happieness... I guess when I lost my virginity that waskinda euphoric.. I mean, nothing like the first time I rolled, but close enough.. I'm just not a social person, friends and crap like that isn't important to me..

euphoria, i think, refers to a specifically hedonistic kind of happiness or pleasure - the kind you get from drugs or sex, as opposed to eudaimonea, which is the more fulfilled happiness you get from, say, philosophy.
i'm only saying that cause im skipping a really boring lecture on Plato.

euphoria: all is right with the world...being in a mental state where nothing exists except THAT moment...the pleasure and peacefulness of that moment. nothing is wrong...nothing can go wrong...and all you can do is smile. being in a state where there is NOWHERE else you'd rather be.
i experience ^^euphoria^^ when...
on drugs: meth (unless i happen to be in a paranoid mood at the time...)
off drugs: being in my boyfriend's arms...and especially sleeping with him (literally--just sleep). hell--just holding his hand. he was "all i want" for nearly 9 months and now we're finally together. at this moment--nothing could make me happier
