Different DXM TRIP (HELP!)

Im tripping on dxm but it seems different than ussual like right now im typing, but i feel like my hands are really fat and numb or something and its scaring me and i want to now if its normal. (im a normal sized person) I just want to know what is going on. im kinda getting confused a little bit. \Would smoking weed make me time warp? im afraid that ima start shaking
