Yeah yet another benzo question! If anyone can answer, my question is how do other benzos differ, what i mean how does rohypnol differ from xanax not in terms of half-life, but in how they affect GABBA in your brain. Benzos really feel the same except for minute differences, but what causes these benzos to react differently?? Even though each benzo has its own "feeling" I still prefer other benzos over some like xanax and ativan.

I'd have to do some research at some GABA info sites. (but at this time I'm to lazy =P )
I've notices valium will make me forget everything that night and it also has random effects on my friends like anger. Klonapin however lets me remeber everthing while under it's effects (the next day).
If I remeber correctly klonapin has a half life of two days while valium's is a week.

Basically it all comes down to half life and whatnot... technically there are some differences in sub-receptor sites and where the primary affinity lies, but for our purposes, lets just say they differ when it comes to STRENGTH and LENGTH OF HIGH ... thats about it..

it's weird, but some benzos make me feel more outgoing and more social, sometimes i don't like that because when I do something in front of my friends it seems funny to me, but they just think im acting like im drunk or a goof. I dunno. But rohypnol defenitly does that me, same with klonopins. Anyone else have the same reaction??
