Did my shot with the tie still on

So I just did my shot and when I was about half way done with it I noticed that I still have the tie on ..I've always been told that keeping the tie on Is a major no no so now I'm having a major panic attack thinking all sorts of crazy shit .... Anyone has advice or info ? Thank you
 
You are fine. Taking the tie off your arm just helps the dose get into your bloodstream easier.
 
I am going to move this to Other Drugs forum as this is not really material for the Recovery Forums. You should get some good responses over there.
 
lol!!! Yea, you will be fine... You can leave the tie on, do it, then untie it, then pull it out... Hella people do it like that.
