Did I take too much Oxy and Ativan? It's making me afraid to sleep.

Hey Guys, have some questions about the doses I took today. My oxycodone tolerance is around 100 mg. At 4pm I took 120mg orally (it's 1am now) along with cimetidine an hour before that. I relaxed for a while until about 10pm where I snorted 40mg of oxycodone and took 1 mg of ativan. I feel like I should be alright but I also wanted to get on the boards and talk to people with more experience with these kinds of mixtures. Years back in the beginning stages of my addiction I made the mistake of taking methadone with xanax. I got on the boards and found out just how big of a mistake I had made. The members were really helpful and I haven't taken even methadone since. My main concern tonight is sleep apnea. I'm not really feeling any other specific side effects other then a little shallow breathing. My heart rate seems fine as well. Does anyone have advice on what I should look out for as far as side effects go? And also am I just simply over doing it? I appreciate the help. Thanks

Sounds like your articulating yourself and everything just fine, and your drugs have been wearing off. YOu didnt exceed your normal dose considering the half life of oxy, so unless you're really sensitive to benzos i'd say enjoy your beauty sleep.
And 1mg ativan is little even without a tolerance so you should b good.

Ok thanks for the input guys, and the relief. I waited for replies last night but I ended up falling asleep before you guys responded but thanks again for your concern.

Totally, was railing some ritalin earlier and sudenly realised I'd done 100mg (I know that sounds a lot but I started at 12, finished at 1am) over the day. Had to check my pulse rate 10 times before I convinced myself I wasn't about to have a heart attack. Serves me right for not thinking before starting.

Glad to hear you are good.
