Misc Did I OVERDOSE... weird noise in my ears....... o.o

i have a decent tolerance to adderall, and took a low dose (for myself) of 20mg about 10 hours ago.

i dosed on heroin 5 hours ago..... i finished 2.5 bags..... my tolerance is about 4 bags, snorted.....

I am kinda panicing because I have this weird noise sensations in my ear.... like a constant ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba ba like my bloodpressure rose or something like that..... or theres alot of blood moving around in my head

I don't feel overly sedated, and my heart rate is normal, but the weird sensations in the ears is freaking me out... i have minor tinnitus, but this is different, it's like a rushing noise...... did I accidentally speedball myself into a deathtrap?

I am also on 10mg of valium a day (do have a tolerance to it) 5mg day 5 mg night and am obviously going to be skipping my nightly dose.

Did you snort your drugs? Sounds like a case of just pressure in your head causing a ringing noise.. not uncommon.

You posted this yesterday so I'm assuming your fine by now but try not to panic in the future.. that makes it worse and if you truly feel you are at risk for an OD call an ambulance. Better yet, try and use with somebody else there preferably not getting as fucked up so they can call if something happens to you.

I got the exact same thing and also posted a thread here. It freaked me out and sorta made me run around confused like it was a big stim rush.
This was caused from snorting low dose powder H (as a noob)

Apparently its the drop in blood pressure and safe as far as i could tell.
