Heroin Did i OD?

I've smoked tar plenty of times, but this one time was the oddest. First hit of the day and i immediately started getting SHARP pains in my chest, like getting stabbed in the heart. It didn't go away for 30 minutes at least and i didn't feel high at all. I've been doing H for 2 years now only smoking and I'm so confused why i felt like this. Was i started to OD? Helpppppppp i want insight!!
 
I've oded 3 times I think never any pain though, just do it basically fall asleep and wake up hours later slumped against the wall sitting on the toilet. Thinking what the fuck? I wasn't tired...
 
Overdose usually has to do with direct toxicology with the drug. If you weren't even high how could it be an overdose?
More likely you have other unrelated health issues from smoking gear.
