Opioids did i just do something really stupid?

i'm prescribed and take properly zoloft 100mg/day, been on it for months, its stable and i don't purposely miss/double dose (it happens sometimes but its rare), just managed to hurt my foot and found painkillers sitting in the kitchen, happened to be tramadol, never touched them before, took 600mg worth (3 of what was sitting there), now i google and read its bad to mix with zoloft, it would be too late to throw up at this point, anything i should do/watch for/similar? really didnt mean to do something that google tells me is that stupid

Its a coin toss. Your not supoosed to go 400 mg because of seizure risk. Never mind putting zoloft into the mix and getting serotonin syndrome. Id go call poison control and see what they say. Or if your really worried go to the er

Yeah that's a high dose of tramadol without zoloft. Look for the symptoms of serotonin syndrome and keep an eye out. Don't panic because that'll just make it worse.
