SWIM has been struggling with addiction for years and he is sure his body is very damaged from IV opiates and smoking crack. However, the important question for the moment is about earlier tonight. SWIM had some crack and smoked out of his fav pipe. When it was all gone, he decided to push it as always. However this time, when he did, he had a panic attack. SWIM describes the bad experience as this:

I immediately knew something was wrong, and felt like my heart was shutting down and it was hard to breathe. I had to make myself take breaths and when I did, I felt like no oxygen even got to my brain anyway. My chest started hurting. Thats not uncommon though, but maybe more this time. Not much later I had a "BAD" feeling, I have had this feeling before, and indescribable "uh-oh" where one just KNOWS something is absolutely wrong. SWIM never ever gets scared enough to call 911, but he woke me up and immediately told me to do so. He usually hesitates the few times he had this "bad feeling", this time he didn't. SWIM's body was shaking, he said his thoughts were getting hard to grasp like his body was shutting down. And he felt alot of pressure in his head. He said his whole body seemed like it was shaking and cold. Its really something you'd have to experience yourself.

Anyway, this scared me and SWIM and we'd both like to know what possibly could have happened. SWIM swears he is finally done for GOOD this time. I hope he is right or he is going to die.
SWIM is not even 30...

Get out of the pool. It's wintertime still, and besides we don't Swim on bluelight anyway. Seriously.

So anyway, cocaine is cardiotoxic. We're not doctors, and mild heart attacks can/do happen. If you genuinely think something is wrong with you, go get an EKG or cardiogram or whatever that basic procedure at the hospital is. Better safe than sorry. If you can't or won't, at least stop smoking crack. The shit WILL eventually kill you or give you chronic condition(s), it's not a question of whether it will happen but when.

^This, if you're experiencing symptoms that are troubling and unusual and feel you're in danger, seek medical attention.

I've had many times where I was convinced I was dying on various stimulants. The mind is very powerful, and anxiety can cause a lot of symptoms, but we have no way of telling what's going on in this case. It would be speculative and irresponsible.

Sorry, but I'm closing this.
