So wanting to try gh a buddy was like I got you. Acting like it was medical grade but I got kigtropin. Most things online seem to point to bunk. I am not too concerned to cease use but day two my hands are tingly, a little light headed, more sexdrive though cant rule out placebo. Also went just a little harder with sets not but again placebo. Any thoughts or tips would be greatly appreciated!

real HGH is pretty expensive
if you're not paying those prices
expect bunk or worse
 
You're not likely to get pharm grade GH unless your friend is sharing his script, or you paid a LOT for it (though it could still be fake). Apart from that Kigtropin is pretty standard generic Chinese GH, no better or worse than the average.

How much are you taking? You won't be feeling a lot by day 2 unless you are taking a very high dose, and libido change isn't really a common side so that's probably placebo. Many people never really feel anything at all from GH.

I'm no expert and in this forum I'm out of my depth but if you're just getting started with PEDs, HGH and research chemicals are an odd choice, what's wrong with plain old testosterone? It's not like it's hard to come by.

well consider me curious as well although also committed to test, it's actually really affordable, more so than that stuff it seems
 
I'm not really sure on your aims, but I'm assuming you're just trying to cut up?

SARMS will still shut you down unfortunately. Not as badly as something like deca, but probably equivalent to a low dose (say 250mg) of Test.

I would consider it a good idea though, as GH by itself isn't really going to do anything a regular diet wouldn't, unless you're already exceptionally lean, and especially not at 2iu. Together there might be a little synergy.
 
So I'm better of with sarm than straight t? Bc that was my thinking I read everywhere that hg was usless without a t booster of some sort. Skl I could get t all day if I wanted to go that route.

I around 160 lbs 5'9 I am pretty lean already but have been lifting and running 6 days a week for six months. Mainly keep to repping weights and not maxing. Rep about 140 on the bench and keep my squats to about 165. I eat/ whey protien my ass off and can't get any bigger so after getting in shape I decided to try this combo.

Cfc so I'm going 5 days on 2uis and 2 days off. Those two off days do I stop the sarm as well? Also do you even think this will be beneficial to someone in my situation with all hr nonsense dropped I have like 30k posts I need it fed straight
 
Let's put it like this, most AAS users wouldn't choose a SARM over a normal steroid. They're weak. But entry level you could do worse. And we would typically encourage guys to get more time training naturally first, as you could add more pounds at your weight.

To be honest I'd say your biggest issue is going to be diet and eating. Lots of eating - you need calories not just protein. You also need to build strength into your training routine and get your weights up.

How long are you planning to use for? I wouldn't personally go over 6-8 weeks with the SARM, but don't take days off.
 
Yes I have been in the gym for a year. Have six pack and am trim and all that eat a bunch but cant bring myself to eat a bunch of shitty fried foods and stuff like that. I plan on doing this cycle of HG and sarm for exactly 10 weeks. I was maxing a bunch at around 235 with three to four reps but I got in a fight a while back and really messed up my elbow and agrivated a compound fracture I had as a child with it. It feels to be about 95% healed so my plan is to do this first week normal. Then next week start up wieghts. After the ten weeks I will just try and maintain where I am at at that point. Id love to get 10lbs but I feel it is impossible.
 
Healthy calories are extremely easy to eat via meal replacement shakes. Put real food/fruit/oils in, blend it up, drink it down. No excuses. There are plenty of other healthy calorie dense foods as well (eg peanuts, avocados etc). Food is what it's all about. Without enough, SARMS won't do a lot.
 
I really need cannabis to get my food intake over 3000 kcal a day , been experimenting with fenugreek and nutmeg but there just isn't that much out there that makes one able to almost double one's food intake comfortably.

Also cutting back nicotine helps. Grab a snack instead of a smoke.
 
You don't need cannabis unless you're talking about trying to chew and force down solid food. Cos even when you feel nauseous from overeating, you should be able to skulk down a meal replacement shake.
 
Can't use shakes down in the front line colonel.
We hardly get any cutlery (no joke) , no blender and the doctor is hesitant to let my whey protein into the ward he has to consult another physician.

So I have to binge eat the most revolting mess food and I am managing , put on 15 kilos since start about 10 months ago.
