I wouldn't worry about the liver, unless there was APAP/tylenol/acetaminophen in the codeine syrup (I would not think there would be). Obviously you are pushing your luck mixing a large qt. of benzos with alcohol and codeine, but codeine is trash anyway(well to someone who uses heroin, at least). And you probably drank way less because the benzos made it not necessary, so liver damage isn't much of a concern seeing as alcohol is the only hepatotoxic substance you consumed. Honestly your alive and it probably was a good time so there you go. I have gone on similar binges, heavier on the opiates but lighter on the benzos and with alcohol involved. The worst thing that happened to me was an ulcer that bugged me for weeks and waking up on the lawn of the hotel I was staying at for a friend's wedding. Come to think of it the ulcer was probably b/c a chugged a cup of steaming hot coffee and it burnt my insides. But 240 mg of oxy, well over 12 alc bevs, about 4 mg klnopin and a small line of coke might've made that poor decision easier to make.

This weekend I went on a trip with some friends and I took 50 0.5mg Xanax footballs and 2 bottles of codeine syrup for the trip. I do not know how many Xanax I took but I'd think it's in the 30-40range over a 5 day period along with the codeine which I was sipping and lacing it on my joints. I also drank a decent quantity of alcohol... Bombay gin, tequila and beer mainly. Do you think I may have damaged my liver greatly? I feel fine.. And yes I was mixing everything at the same time.

Id say your liver is compelty fine, unless there was some apap in your codeine but ive never heard of that. Be carefulwith xanax + codeine + alcohol...as enough xanax and liquor can fuck you up good, add codeine (which is silly weak but when combined its another story) and it becomes dangerous. Id leave out one of the depressant if i was you. I think the safest would be codeine and xanax. Codeine is not meant to be smoked,is not meant to be snorted, is not meant to injected, it sucks bottom line but if you reaaaly wanna do some just use it orally for fucks sake.

My guess is that you made some lean with your codeine syrup, by that i mean sprite and ice with your syrup. And then, like alot of rappers so intellengtly say, dipped the blunt in the lean. If you did that, have fun with the sugar in your lungs. And like another BL'er above me said it can bring up some pretty uncool pulmonary issues. Also smoking codeine on a joint will have the same effects as smoking i dont know shrooms lol : NONE. Its dumb,harmful and dangerous. Id suggest you dont do it again. Good choice on the bombay and tequila, with vodka my top 3.
