What do you think this is? It was a milky orange substance, almost looked like fat? I tried a different spot on my delt and nothing out of the usual.

Hmmmm... I have never seen anything like that. Perhaps you aspirated the contents of a cyst, maybe sterile or maybe infected. That is all I can think of.
What steroid have you been injecting in the area? Any lumps? Redness? Tenderness? Pain?
Looks like fat to me, but only way to know for sure would be to get it tested.
It looks like remains of an old shot to me. Do you inject the same places very often with relatively high doses of oil?
Also, you can try smelling a few drops of it, if it's disgusting you probably hit an abscess.
Whatever it was, it was denser than the oil. It all collected together in a puddle and I was able to push it all out of the syringe without losing any oil. Definitely did a double take when I saw it streaming into the syringe. Only thing I could think of is it was scar tissue.
How scar tissue looks like? It's not scar tissue. Scar tissue isn't liquid unless you happen to be some sort of filthy abhuman mutant.

Should not have returned to this thread while eating.
