Benzos Did anyone get any of the bunk Xanax bars?

I have just bought these same pills from someone I thought I could trust. Looked them up on drug.com pill identifier, it said Sandoz made them. Looked into Sandoz, and says they are in NJ. These bars are small. GG249 nothing on back. Taste a little bitter. Im pissed. Spent a lot of money.... anyone help me?
 
They're real and fake GG 249 out there. I have a feeling that the perfect fakes are similar to the "fake OC for pharm robberies" deal. I have personally never had the fake gg 249 but anecdotal heard of them from some peers. The ones I have gotten from a pharmacy have always been legit.
 
I was in jail in Harris county not too long ago, and met someone who said they had a pill press and that they were "making" bars that were "stronger than bars" and lasted 3 days or some shit. All I could think was that they must be pressing phenazepam or something. I wanted to smack his ass but at the same time, I just wanted out of jail. I meant to ask if the press was to make gg249's but I didn't. I haven't seen the fake bars since '09 or maybe early 2010. That was in upper East Texas.
 
Old thread, but yes...I came across this thread about 3 years ago when I received straight bunk gg249's. They broke up softly and crumbled. They also had little speckles on them (brownish if you look realllllly close). And recently, just about maybe 6 months ago, I received fake XANAX bars....like name brand pfizer XANAX.. They are so good looking that you would not be able to tell if you did not use xanax. I took two just to test them and found out that they are straight bunk. If I took a picture and posted it, people would not believe how legit these look, they are just a bit smaller. They even have the ridges...I still have like 15 of these straight fake "brand name" bars. And I was so excited too when I saw them and saw they were XANAX brand, just to find out they are fakes. I am prescribed xanax and I still have not had a real name brand xanax bar....just generics.

PS-Taking two bars would put me on the floor even though I am on .5mg (4 times daily). That is why I took two, I figured either feel real strong, or nothing......and that's what I found out. A good test is to see if they are bitter, and if they are, I would say they are real....none of the fake bars I have ever gotten were bitter at all. I chewed them just to test. (Gross tasting when they are real and bitter).
 
Yeah usually the fakes are more chalky...they break real easily. When I was eating a lot of bars a couple years ago I only came across fakes a couple times. I would always get the "school buses" or the yellow bars and I don't ever remember getting a fake yellow, seems like the fakes are mostly whites. I remember getting a bar that had ONAX on it and I thought it was fake but turns out it's just made in Pakistan.

They sell fake bars at smoke shops too, but they have little dots in them and are easy to tell apart.
 
Yeah there are a lot of fake ones in the southern U.S. for sure, gg249's and g372 2's are the most common faked hands down. Tasting them is the sure fire way of telling a real from fake. SWIM used to get "red" g372 2's in which the guy was pressing them with Alprazolam powder, his mixture wasn't exactly accurate so a whole lot ended up containing around 4 to 6mg a piece so you'd have to be careful. I'm assuming he used red food coloring or some kind of dye to make them red cause they were roll pill red. Lol
