Ive been taking it on and off for 18 months with no problems above and over what one would expect from taking alot of benzodiazepines.
I find diclazepam alot more subtle than diazepam - you may take a couple, and due to its long come up via ora (compared to diazepams fast onset) you may end up feeling less fucked than you actually are.
I argue all the time with equivalency tables - their main use is for medical professionals to convert someones benzodiazepine of dependence into a maintenance or reducing dose of chlordiazepoxide or diazepam.
When it comes to subjective experiences i find that the tables can make little sense at all, due to the variety in action duration and which effects within the benzodiazepine spectrum are most prominant. Subjectively, for starters id say 1mg diclazepam FEELS more like 5mg diazepam, and ive never brought the clonazepam conversations. Ive taken alot of clonazepam over the years and as strong as a 2mg Rivotril can feel, id still wouldnt equate it to 40mg diazepam...
blah blah i could nit pick those charts all day. For starters, im a qualified nurse, and whenever we give a patient a benzo IV we are told to administer 50% of the usual oral dose. What the fuck is that about?
